Pasta with Mushrooms & Bacon 1 cup sliced
mushrooms
1 onion
sliced
1 clove
garlic finely chopped
pinch of
salt
500g pasta
250ml
cream
1
tablespoon parmesan cheese

Fry bacon,
mushrooms and onions together until onions are
soft, add garlic and a pinch of salt.
Cook the
pasta in a saucepan, drain, return it to the
saucepan and over a low heat add the cream and
parmesan cheese. Mix together. It should be very
creamy.
Add the
bacon & mushroom mixture. Stir through and
serve.
